| Step One |

| Press the automatic finger pricker against the fingertip and press the release button. This gently punctures the skin to obtain a small drop of blood. |

| Step Two |

| The blood drop is collected in a small tube and placed in a bottle containing a solution which breaks down the red blood cells to release the transglutaminase. |

| A test strip is placed into the bottle and left for five minutes before reading your results. |
